Lauren Gilley: Lauren is the author of over 20 novels. She’s an equestrian athlete, a bookworm, and a student of history. Sometimes cynical, always detail-oriented, and sentimental, she writes character-driven dramas about the sorts of characters you probably shouldn’t like, but can’t help but love. Lauren’s the author of the completed Walker, Russell, Dartmoor, and Lean Dogs Legacy series, all contemporary family dramas with strong romantic elements. She’s currently working on her Sons of Rome series, a history-rich paranormal fantasy saga featuring real figures from history, and a cast of unforgettable original characters. Her favorite genre has always been fantasy, and she’s thrilled to be restructuring her writing career in that direction.
